  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material in accordance with the DMCA.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address, including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

Where applicable, we reserve the right to take action against repeat infringers in accordance with our policies.
